The Sheik received an interesting email during the week from a fan by the name of Jake, from Carss Park.

It read- “Dear Sheik, I love your show, so much so that I went to the Eastside website and printed out a poster sized print of your picture from your homepage. Be sure to watch Packed to the Rafters on Tuesday night 8.30 on Channel 7 so you can see how it looks. All the best, Jake”

The Sheik is always happy to hear from the fans “especially from ones like James (from Bondi Junction),  who tipped me into a horse called ‘The Sheik’ that got the chocolates at Port Macquarie a couple of weeks ago”
