Mellow Yellow: Daffodil Day

1 in 2 Australians with be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. Dig deep and help those who have been affected by cancer. Buy a Daffodil or any Daffodil of the Daffodil items. All money raised goes towards Cancer Council’s vital cancer research, information, prevention and support services.

Taste Orange Food, Wine, Music & Art Festival

Now that we have your attention we can let you in on this week’s best kept secret in our gorgeous local beachside suburb of Bondi. Being held at the Bondi Pavilion up until Sunday August 29 2010. The Orange Festival is dedicated to (believe it or not) all things from Orange! Enjoy a taste of Orange as the country meets the coast. Come and meet the wine-makers, chefs, producers, artists and musicians of Orange, showcasing the finest this town has to offer including, cooking demonstrations, children’s entertainment plus a dedicated Orange art exhibition in the Bondi Pavilion Gallery.

Tea Party Time!

Come enjoy a cuppa and morning tea with author and broadcaster Richard Glover.  Glover will be speaking on the The Mud House a memoir about four friends, one block of land, no power tools and their journey to build a house from mud bricks, all  by hand.
