Audio-Technica Releases new AT- LP120xBT-USB Turntable with Bluetooth
Sydney, 29 July – Following last year’s release of the USB version, Audio-Technica has now launched the Bluetooth version for its longest-running direct-drive turntable model.
The newest member of the AT-LP120x series adds Bluetooth 5.0 technology for seamless connectivity to wireless speaker and headphones. This turntable features a direct-drive motor, along with adjustable dynamic anti-skate control and a built-in preamplifier. The fully manual turntable plays 33-1/3, 45, and 78 RPM records. A USB output allows direct connection to a computer. In addition, the turntable also comes with a detachable dual RCA output cable.
The AT-LP120xBT-USB features an S-shaped tonearm with adjustable tracking force. The model comes equipped with an AT-HS6 headshell and an AT-VM95E Dual MagnetTM cartridge. As part of the VM95 series, the stylus can be replaced with any other model of the range. This offers a wide choice of options for every budget and application.
The turntable features a die-cast aluminium platter with a felt mat. A high-accuracy quartz- controlled pitch lock and pitch change slider allow for adjustments ranging from +/-8% or +/-16%. The stroboscopic platter with a little red light indicates the current speed. The stylus has a removable plug-type target light. Lastly, the turntable comes external power supply and a removable hinged dust cover.
