DELECTABLE: 25 November 2021
Arts Thursday with Maisy Stapleton and Paula Towers
For this program, we are interviewing Jo Jansyn, the Cultural Development Coordinator at Woollahra Municipal Council who manages the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize. Now located in its new home at Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf, the Prize celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year and is the inaugural exhibition in the new gallery.
Jo will tell us about the exhibition as well as the prize winners featured this year and from years past.
Maisy then interviews author, chef and culinary guru, Stephanie Alexander, about her new book Home, published by Pan Macmillan Australia.
Home incorporates a collection of over 200 recipes, that reflect her personal approach to home cooking and give insight into her ideas and influences.Stephanie is the author of over 18 books, including The Cook’s Companion; a veritable cooking bible for Australian cooks, which has sold over half a million copies.
After successfully running Stephanie’s Restaurant, she founded a life-changing Kitchen Garden Program for children.
Join us from 10:30 am for Arts Thursday.
