Caravanning just got sexy…

Take a trip to another time, another place, another world in Lolo Lovina’s Gypsy Caravan. Drawn from Ukraine, Hungary, Brazil and Australia, Lolo and her talented motley crew invite you to join them for an intoxicating brew of gypsy mayhem.

Lolo’s travelling extravaganza will host three in-caravan DJs at Global Rhythms:

James Locksmith is devoted to supporting the sophisticated sounds of old discoveries and modern music. Free of the boundaries that confine most DJ styles, his sets include everything from Hip Hop to Funk, Soul, Jazz, Dub, Electro to House to Afro-Beat, Latin and other global rhythms.

Phat Kat and Bully Dux from the Merchants of Sound (Saturdays 6.30pm) will immerse you into a deep platter of exotic treats, spanning the world for psychedelic rock, funk and afro/latin originals and everything that’s inspired by them.

Finally, Toon from The Vinyl Frontier (Thursdays 6.30pm); this suave little chap is an avid collector of the deepest and most rare vinyl to be found and, for the last ten years, has been laying down the underground sound, pound by pound, all over town. Rest assured there’ll be Soul, Jazz, Funk, Latin, Reggae, Samba, Disco, Hip Hop that’s tight, outta-sight and a DY-NA-MITE !!!!

Join us and these great DJs as Global Rhythms and Eastside Radio take you on a musical journey around the world!
