Guess who was here recently?

Julia Roberts -and the whole filming crew of Eat Pray Love. They stayed at The Four Seasons Sayan (just outside Ubud)  right after I left.

I hear from good sources it all got a bit much for the whole of Ubud including this dreamy area called Sayan on the Ayung River Gorge.  And it all happened right after the Ubud Writers’ Festival…

The architects of this resort  had to bridge a serious gap and the result is an amazing building suspended on air. Almost. Even the huge Lotus Pond floats way above the gorge.

I’ll be garnering more information on the filming of the book and will pass it on to you as soon as possible. Who doesn’t like a bit of celebrety gossip?
