A Taste of Honey April 5 2012

Looking very forward to seeing Tony Bennett again…I know he is 85 but how good is that!!!-he’s the last of the interpreters of the great American songbook classic era-he’s a nice guy from personal experience and he’s kept his career going-who would have thought a Lady Gaga duet?-and where is Renee Olstead’s(pic left) new album??…does the record company know who she is?..Last time I called them they did not realise who she was….production values and songs on this self titled album are well worth the effort thanks to Bobby Collomby(producer and founding member of Blood,Sweat and Tears) and instrumentalists of Chris Botti’s quality..and in the interests of music check out Shelby Lynnes work-ENJOY!
