Spike Mason – Widening Circles
The second album from Spike Mason, Widening Circles, is based on the poetry of Rainer Maria Rilke with lyrics sung by the 2012 National Jazz Award winner Kristin Berardi. The style is a serene crossover of Jazz and classical music, a beautiful and tranquil listen throughout.

Legendary banjo virtuoso Bela Fleck has teamed up with Jazz pianist Marcus Roberts and his trio to create both an energetic and relaxed album that crosses over between jazz and country blues. A fantastic release as you would expect, with improv keeping you buzzing and whirling.

The Blind Hot Gems – Just Like Voodoo
Forming in 2007, Just Like Voodoo is the debut album from Sydney trio The Blind Hot Gems. Their take on Jazz/Grunge Rock is alternative offering from your traditional jazz trio sound.

The Shaolin Afronauts – Quest Under Capricorn
Quest Under Capricorn marks the return of The Shaolin Afronauts after their debut last year ‘Flight of The Ancients’. Continuing their fantastic Afro/Jazz/Funk style, the Adelaide band have created a cracker once again that offer both smooth and chilled grooves and danceable edgy riffs.
