The Hipstones are good friends of Eastside Radio. Their second album Dreamers was an Eastside Album of the Week, and we always love their new sounds.

The Australian outfit of Mark Palmer and Anthea White have been residents in the New York for a few years. They’ve been taking in the scene in the US of A and building up their contacts and supporter base. Now they are well advanced with preparation for their third CD, and we wish them all the best in that process. They have sent us this following message:

ALBUM #3 is in the works but WE NEED YOUR HELP to make it happen! 

Mark and I have been working really hard over here in NYC to write our new record (and soak up some inspiration) for the past three years. We really want to thank you for all your support and love, it has been INCREDIBLE!!

Adding a new member to the team, it is with great honour that we introduce you to Justin Stanley. We are so excited to be working on this album with such a heavy-weight producer, who’s production creds range from Beck, The Vines, Amos Lee, Eric Clapton, Nikka Costa, Sheryl Crow, Jamie Lidell, Leonardo’s Bride (ARIA winner), Chaka Khan and many more. 

Making this next album is an exciting time BUT we need your support to make it happen! We are trying to reach our target goal of $25,000 which will cover recording studio, engineer, production, musician fees, mixing and mastering engineer and studio.
