Traffic Signal Box Project 2013 Woollahra
Hello to all the Artists out there, How would you feel about the opportunity to get your art work out there in a simple, fun and very public way?
People will see it everyday…. It will be on something that is necessary to the functioning of our roads… You’ve probably seen them before….. Have you guessed what it is yet? …… That’s right Traffic Signal Boxes!
Woollahra Council has a new Traffic Signal Box (TBS) Project for 2013 in partnership with the RMS (Roads and Maritime Services). The Traffic Signal Box Project aims to provide unique opportunities for artists to engage with the community by creating vibrant art works on traffic signal boxes. Artists selected will be paid $750.00
Project objectives are to create vibrant artworks, reflecting the culture, heritage and history of the communities in the Woollahra Municipality. There will be two stages, developing the artwork designs and then the painting of the boxes themselves.

Victoria Rd / Ginahgulla Rd – Bellevue Hill 1 box
