Amateur socialist, comedian and hypocrite, Michael Hing will bring you a night of comedy as part of the Late Night Library sessions. Nominated as Time Out’s comedian of the year, Michael Hing might just make you laugh. Bookings are essential.

The Removalists
The Removalists is an iconic Australian play by David Williamson, set in Victoria in the late 1960’s. It deals with issues of police brutality, corruption and domestic violence. This production is directed by Glen Hamilton. To book tickets go to www.moshtix.com.au

Waverley Markets
This Saturday, Waverley Primary School is opening the gates to car boot sellers and market stalls with an array of clothes, CD’s, plants, jewellery, homewares plus much more, for their annual markets. You can be entertained by a local musician, stay for the bbq, check out the cake stall or take the kids to the jumping castle. It will be fun for the whole family and you might pick up some bargains.

24th Alliance Francaise French Film Festival
The annual Alliance Francaise film festival is back. With 43 films and documentaries screening at different cinema’s around the city, there is bound to be something that interests you. Australian Bush Orchestra
Every Wednesday night until 1st April, you can be entertained by Warren Fahey and his band the Larrikins. Fahey is a cultural historian, author and performer looking to take you into the world of early colonial Australia through song and dance. You can grab a stool, listen to folk songs, bush poetry or have a yarn with a local historian, or enjoy a nice, cold drink.
