East Side Ride – Green Living

Hello Eco Eastsiders,

The East Side Ride is a free community event that is held in the picturesque Centennial Parklands; at the event will be the Green Living Area.

The Green Living Area will play host to a variety of stalls all promoting the green lifestyle. Deliciously healthy food and drink will be offered by Sublime Organics, Tua the Coffee Cart, Fuego De La Tierra, Eat Thai, Fruit & Veg Guys, Jafe Jaffles, Pure Pops, Naked Food, Vegie Patch Van, Orgasnic and Rawsome Juices, who will also explain the importance of clean food on the human body.

Visitors can gain knowledge on sustainable gardens from Edible Kids Gardens, Gardens by Salt, Seed Harvest Spoon, Vegepod and Urban Beehive, even learning how to create one in their own homes. Brasilwear will be displayingeco-friendly garments for everybody that are designed specifically for the active lifestyle. Oz Harvest will be sharing information on their work that rescues then distributes excess food to charities in Sydney, Newcastle, Adelaide and Brisbane.

The community will leave the Green Living area feeling well informed about the green lifestyle and ready to implement it in their own lives.
