Nat Bartsch Trio – To Sail, To Sing
A new album from an exciting young trio from Melbourne. The second release from the Nat Bartsch Trio is a combination of originals and indie pop covers all done in a minimal jazz style. Serene and light reminiscent of the style of Tord Gustavsen, a beautiful listen from start to finish.

Paper Plane – Paper Plane
Another independent Jazz album from Melbourne, Paper Plane are a new quartet featuring Hugh Stuckey on guitar, Hugh Harvey on drums, Sam Zerna on bass and Kieran Hensey on saxophone. Their debut release is a selection of all original compositions ranging from abstract to playful jazz music all with a subtle finesse to it.

Boz Scaggs – Memphis
Grammy award winning Boz Scaggs has been putting out quality Blues and R&B music since the 60’s. His latest release Memphis pays homage to many Al Green tracks, however it’s on the gritties rocking blues tracks where the album really come to the fore. Out now on 429 records.
