Emotional Intelligence Course
This Emotional Intelligence (EI) training course will focus on the five core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and interpersonal skills. Participants will learn to develop and implement these to enhance their relationships in work and life by increasing their understanding of social and emotional behaviours, and learning how to adapt and manage their responses to particular situations. This is an important course for anybody who wants to develop a better understanding of themselves and others to enhance personal and professional relationships.

Ballet Revolucion

Raul Canibano Ercilla- A Retrospective
The 2013 Reportage Festival of Documentary Photography presents – ‘A Retrospective’ of Cuban photo documentary master Raúl Cañibano Ercilla. Inspired by surrealist paintings and by some great photographers, his work over twenty years reflects social and environmental themes of post-revolutionary Cuba. A gentle compassionate and gifted man, Ercilla epitomizes what Cornell Capa termed ‘the concerned photographer’.

Poetry Slam
The Friend in Hand host their monthly Poetry Slam and Open Mic night the first Tuesday of each month. They will tantislise you with their lyricism and stories. Always worth heading down to watch the performances or sign yourself up and perform your own work.
