Join Maisy Stapleton tomorrow 5th December on Arts Thursday from 10:30am to talk to artist Peter Kingston and curator Nick Vickers about Utzon’s Opera House. This new exhibition at the SH Ervin Gallery, is presented to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the opening of ‘The House’ in 1973 and features around 50 works, depicting Sydney’s often controversial, but enduringly remarkable icon.

Following this join Maisy and poet Eileen Chong to explore memories of a Singapore childhood, glimpse the thoughts of an Imperial Chinese Consort and hear personal stories from this delightful, lively and perceptive Sydney poet, through her poems Burning Rice recently published by Pitt Street Poetry.
