Arts Wednesday 5 March 2014
This week we hear the 5th and final part in the series on local birds with ornithologist Richard Major and we conclude with the Indian or Common myna. Like the ibis we started with, it is a bird most of us love to hate!
At 11:00 am I’ll play an interview I recorded with Natalia Bradshaw, Chair of Art Month and also curator of the Collectors’ Space, a pop-up exhibition featuring works from the collections of dynamic Sydney collectors. Our conversation will give you insights into collections, collectors and how works reflect their owners in many ways.
I have sourced some music about collectors and the rest will be about art.
As always, I look forward to your company!
