The Stray Sisters

Sisters Donna Simpson and Vikki Thorn are no strangers to playing together having made up two-thirds of the Waifs. Now they are making it even more of a family affair with the newly formed duo The Stray Sisters. Far from being merely “the Waifs without Josh”, the musical sisters are hungry to return to the stage and share their connection together with song.

The Stray Sisters’ inaugural national tour kicks off in Victoria and culminates in their native Western Australia. In May the sisters will be performing together again as the Waifs reunite for a special one-off performance at the Kimberley Moon Experience.

Joining the Stray Sisters on the road will be another familiar face from the Waifs, former bassist Ben Franz, with support act Ruby Boots ensuring a memorable evening. A mix of Waifs classics and new songs will please the crowds squeezing into some of the country’s most beloved and intimate music venues.
