Only a keen ear would have been able to pick that The Sheik wasn’t behind the wheel at Studio A at the weekend, but he sure as hell knew it. “In the Gold Coast, grown adults drink Passion Pop, at restaurants” he saw it with his own eyes. But he was quick to pay up the bill and head back to the hotel to take advantage of Eastside Radio’s live streaming, that way he could hear himself courtesy of a pre recording earlier in the week, “which was really exciting, cause I’d forgotten what I had played”.
