Come Together – to where the artists live

Here at Eastside Radio we love our visual arts as much as our aural.

Every weekday we have our series of dedicated Arts programs from 10.30am until 12pm. Tune in and you’ll hear about what’s going on in painting, sculpture and photography, along with the local latest in theatre, opera, dance and classical music. Not limited to that, you are just as likely to hear from philosophers, novelists, naturalists or poets – all the people who help us see our world in its full colour and richness.

As part of our Supporter Drive this week, our good friends at the Australian Centre for Photography are offering one of our supporters the benefit of one of their in-house workshops. With over 40 years of experience, the ACP provides cutting edge photography workshops and collections for lovers of all things visual. You can hone your photography skills under the guidance of experts with a passion for the art form. Their Oxford Street Gallery hosts a rotation of stunning photographic exhibitions, and admission is free. The ACP’s Winter Season has just begun, featuring the artwork of Terry Burrows, Rodney Pople and Hiromi Tango.
