On the Design Antenna radar this Arts Thursday is Susan Freeman of Freeman Ryan Design, a firm responsible for the design of countless exhibitions you will have seen over many years – from the Australian War Memorial in Canberra to the Art Gallery of NSW.

Susan talks to Maisy Stapleton about her work, philosophy and an extraordinary recent project, making medical research visible and accessible through design, in the Perkins Institute in Perth.

This interview is bookended by two artists. First up, is Tully Arnot, a young sculptor and finalist in the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize with his extraordinary work Nervous Plant. The final guest is Moshe Rosenzvieg, Director of the popular Head On Photo Festival which is about to travel internationally, showcasing Australian work in China, New York and Auckland.

Join Maisy Stapleton on Arts Thursday 11 August for a wide ranging perspective on the arts.
