HIDDEN ROOKWOOD CEMETERY SCULPTURE WALK 2014 is on again and features 40 artists and 38 works. Now in its sixth year the gates have opened again to visitors to explore the works installed at the largest cemetery in the southern hemisphere.   The curator Cassandra Lawrie Hard talks us through this year’s walk.  A NEW SUNDAY ART MARKET along the sandstone wall of Victoria Barracks offers emerging and accomplished artists the opportunity to exhibit their works, with all proceeds going directly to the artists. Woollahra Council Mayor, Toni Zeltzer talks.  We hear about what makes jewellery an interesting medium for a group of artists exhibiting in INTIMATELY CONNECTED, a contemporary look at the scene of wearable art, Buffalo New York artist Vincent Pontillo-Verrastro talks about his designs.  We find out about the SYDNEY CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL and a Sydney Fringe production at Matchbox, a one-woman show by BRIDIE O’CONNELL.
