Emma Pask at Foundry 616

One of Australia’s finest voices returns to the Foundry 616 with a stellar new band.

“The greatest gift to Australian Jazz Vocals in the last decade” is how James Morrison, Australia’s most awarded jazzman, describes Emma Pask. He first spotted Emma’s talent when she was just 16 years old and in March this year they celebrated their 20 year musical anniversary.

With numerous International and Australia wide performances Emma has firmly established herself and one of the countries favourite voices in Jazz.

Her independent self funded Jazz album Some other Spring reached number one on the Jazz Charts for many weeks and in 2013 Universal Music signed Emma to their label. Emma has just began work on her second studio album for Universal MusicDespite her achievements and the international recognition of her talent, Emma retains her natural, refreshing and unpretentious, positive approach to life.
