Paul Nicholson, Senior Horticulturist ay the Royal Botanic Gardens is my guest today at 11:40 am in Part 3 of the series on the gardens and Paul talks about First Garden and the Wollemi Pine.
My special guest at 11:00 am is Jacqui Newling, who has a Le Cordon Bleu masters’ degree in gastronomy and specialises in early Australian foodways. She is resident gastronomer and curator at Sydney Living Museums and today talks about food and fashion.
