These characters (and more) are channelled and paid homage to in the return season of Piccolo Tales, playing every Tuesday and Thursday from 16 February 2016.

“This performance is so full of passion and authentic pride that it would be difficult to leave the cafe without feeling warm.” – What’s On Sydney
And central to its story is Vittorio, the cafe’s 81-year-old proprietor, loved by all for his strong opinions (and strong language). A Kings Cross institution, he has witnessed its dramatic change from behind his coffee machine.Piccolo Tales (from the creative team behind the smash-hit “Mum’s In: Stories from Razorhurst”) is a roller coaster ride
through five decades of Kings Cross including Les Girls, Vietnam, Heroin, Rave and Pram Mafia.
This acclaimed show is not for the claustrophobic. The intimate experience is strictly for ten people inside the Piccolo Bar – with extra seats on the street.
