The Moran Prizes Exhibition comprises the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize, Moran Contemporary Photographic Prize and School Student Moran Contemporary Photographic Prizes. This annual exhibition brings together the best in Australian portraiture and photography in the theme of Contemporary Life in Australia.

The Little Darlings Night Owls Film Festival has free family movies for all ages as well as superhero flicks this January. The big screen will show 26 feature films and 17 short films presented by Little Big Shots (Australia’s major children’s short film festival), as well as provide entertainment each night from 6.30pm.

Described as the love child of RuPaul’s Drag Race and an Aussie version of Cirque du Soleil, Briefs: The Second Coming, is a sharp-shooting cabaret of burlesque. Meet the beautiful and bearded ringmistress, Shivannah, and the impressive male specimens of Briefs in the trashiest and most outrageous of talent shows you’ve ever seen. Expect frightful wigs and tightie-whities, aerial acrobatics, a bird bath, a dance-off, a yo-yo trick, and one highly inappropriate banana.
