Eastside is looking for local student designers to give face to the station with an original Tshirt design competition.

unity station broadcasting since 1983 and serving up unique music programming with over 7
2,500 listeners per week. Our listeners are passionate arts/music lovers living in the most densely populated areas of Sydney – theEastern Suburbs and Inner-City.
We play mostly jazz with an eclectic blend of specialist music, featuring funk, soul, boogie, blues, world, gypsy, reggae, dub, disco and hip hop. We also feature Arts and community Drive programs every week day and multi-cultural shows on Sundays.
Drawing on the community aspect of the station; Eastside Radio in partnership with COFA, Uni of NSW and Mister Tee, Redfern are inviting you to submit your artwork for a tshirt design competition. The winning design will become Eastside’s first designed tshirt – for printing and public sale.
REQUIREMENTS: Design is to be submitted electronically, able to be printed on black and white background, using 3 colours max, and all artwork must be original. Designers are asked to supply two versions of design as 1. PDF and 2. EPS

✱ online exposure for you and your design
✱ an opportunity to work professionally as a free-lance designer for Mister Tee.
✱ An interview discussing your design work past and present on one of our Arts programs.
FOUR RUNNERS UP will receive an Eastside subscription and their design printed on tshirt
DEADLINE: Monday 7 June by 5pm
Winners announced on Friday 11 June in COFA courtyard 1-2pm
