Get ready to drive design forward with a city-wide celebration for Sydney Design Festival. The program includes international keynote presentations, design exhibitions, panel discussions, tours and workshops.

It is the perfect opportunity to explore design and engage little designers. Make clay action figures, learn the ancient art of origami and sculpt endangered animals into biscuit jars. This event will go until Sunday the 11th of March from 10am to 9pm.

Come along to the Glebe Artisans Market to find gorgeous things lovingly made around Sydney and sold by the artists and designers themselves.

Now in its 3rd year, over 50 stallholders will have their original works for sale. They include lots of interesting ceramics, fashion, clothing, blankets and throws, knitted and wooden toys for babies and children, amazing jewellery, funky plants and handmade useful wooden household objects.

Enjoy this event for free on Saturday, the 10th of March in the Dr H J Foley Rest Park.

Weave is the festival of Aboriginal and Pacific cultures. The event includes a series of exhibitions, talks, workshops and drop-in activities. Join respected Elders, talented artisans and community groups as they weave together their diverse knowledge, experiences and stories to build a better shared future.

Explore this inspiring festival on Wednesday, the 7th of March and on next Wednesday, 14th of March from 9:30am to 9pm.
