Ed Lippmann returns at 10:40 am with the final part of Loved and Unloved and we wrap up the series by looking at examples from Europe of heritage issues.
At 11:00 am, my special guest is Dr Derek Wilding, Professor at the Centre for Media Transition at UTS and we discuss a study just published by his department, which looked at defamation cases across Australia in the last five years. There are lots of interesting finds but for merit was the discovery that each and every one of us who texts, emails, blogs, posts on social media is a publisher. Think of the ramifications of that one!
Music deals with law but mostly money – court cases are all about damages awarded!
I look forward to your company!
