ARTS WEDNESDAY

Arts Wednesday 13 June 2018

At 10:40 this morning, we hear the last of the 6-Part series with Andy Bromberger – Atonalism, Alienation and Appeasement – and in the concluding episode Andy discusses music from the 1970s.

On 15 June 1215, Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede and since then it has been regarded as the cornerstone of democracy. In 2015, to mark the 800th anniversary, I recorded a conversation with historian and lawyer, Geoff Holland, and we’ll hear this fascinating story again at 11:00 am to mark the anniversary this Friday.

Music  is a mixture of King John related tracks and music since the 70s.

As always, I look forward to your company.
