Mali dharngurr

International Towers is proud to exhibit mali dharngurr, a Yolngu Mata interpretation meaning ‘looking of voice’, an exhibition of photographic stories focusing on the empowerment of Indigenous women. The work showcases the real-life achievements, experiences and challenges faced by Indigenous women, from rural, remote and urban communities throughout Australia.

Ryoji Ikeda: micro | macro

Developed during a residency at CERN, European Organisation for Nuclear Research in Switzerland, micro | macro is an immersive installation which sits at the intersection of art and quantum physics. Ikeda utilises the Planck Scale (which measures the smallest components of the universe – atoms) as a way to contrast our human scale to the microscopic and unobservable.

Guided meditations with simple techniques to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation.

Tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home.

Classes are suitable for both complete beginners and regular meditators.

Join in at anytime, even if you’ve not attended before. No booking required.

Chairs are provided. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing are required.

Class duration is 60 to 90 minutes per week.
