A Taste Of Honey Feb 9th 2012

Two Pauls(McCartney left and Simon right)both of whom featured in today’s show….thrilled that listeners agreed with me regarding both artistes conntribution to our listening pleasure over the years and it continues.. The Live at Webster Hall track of “Sounds of Silence” is exactly how it should sound…..the writer and his guitar and a live audience giving it all the ambience that you can hear.Mix in the Coleman Hawkins,Chucho Valdes,Wynton Marsalis and Bill Frisell instrumentals and the recipe for listening pleasure(add a couple more vocal tracks)and the dish is complete….but enjoyed all too soon……….PITY !!!!!
