A Taste Of Honey May 17 2012

‘Its Music and I Like It’ as quoted by Miles Davis and he is absolutely right-a subjective art form but emotion and passion built around lyrics, rhythms, arrangements, productions and interpretations all add to the variable mix of opinions……..The Civil Wars(pic left) made up of Joy Williams and John Paul White picked up TWO Grammy’s last year and the album ‘Barton Hollow’ is a gem…if you like music of any sort this is a must and there’s plenty of original tracks plus three great covers for your listening pleasure and who could argue with the genius of Cole Porter(pic right)..songs for alltime and thanks to the interpretations by Frank Sinatra, they will be with us forever…enjoy the music!
