At 10:40 am, we hear Part 4 of our series on Beauty and this week I talk to Rachel D’Arbon, who, by day, is a hair and make up stylist and after hours is a body builder, giving us a completely different view of what beauty is.

At 11:00 am, my special guest is Ken Lamb, specialist in oriental gardens. My interest was sparked by a recent visit to Japan where I was amazed and delighted by zen gardens. I recorded an interview with Ken, who brought his extraordinary knowledge and experience to our conversation.
