Today’s show is dedicated to unusual instruments. At about 10:40 am, I’ll play and interview I recorded with Marcus Holden, who plays the strohviol. He brought the instrument into the studio and played it for us – just extraordinary!

At about 11:15 am, I’ll play an interview with Nick Byrne, who plays the ophicleide. He has recorded an album and we’ll hear music from that CD.

Other music is by most unusual instruments and I do hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I enjoyed sourcing them.
