At 10:40, Andy Bromberger presents Part 5 of Major Musical Milestones, this week about Jewish emancipation.
At 11:00 am, I will be pleased to introduce Guy Gross, eminent composer, primarily for film, but who also possesses a huge collection of unusual musical instruments
he plays and uses in his scores. He arrived at Eastside studios with a box of amazing things: a water phone, nose flute, musical saw and more. He plays them for us and then we hear them as played in excerpts from his various film scores. What a treat!
When we aren’t listening to Guy’s music, we will hear other music from film.
I look forward to your company!
