ARTS WEDNESDAY 29 FEBRUARY 2012

At about 10:40 am we will hear the 5th and final episode in our series on Uncollectible Art and this week I speak to John Tonkin, New Media artist whose artworks are created by the interaction between users and the platform he creates. For those who are interested, the panel discussion on Uncollectible Art, as part of Art Month, takes place on 11 March. Check out the Art Month website for details: www.artmonthsydney.com.au

My special guest this week is Ivan Harbour, a name partner in Rogers Stirk Harbour, architects from London, most famous for its senior partner Lord Richard Rogers. The firm are the architects responsible for Barangaroo and Ivan is the partner handling this job. He was in Sydney last week and our good friend, Ed Lippmann, facilitated the interview. The three of us had a lively discussion and I know you will enjoy it! Click on the links below to hear the interview.

Rogers Stirk Harbour are famous for their urban projects in cities around the world so that seemed like a good theme for music for the show!

As always, I look forward to your company!
