ARTS WEDNESDAY 5 MAY 2010

This hasn’t been my best week health-wise – I’ve been bedridden for most of it and zombie-ish for the rest. Since I can’t seem to control coughing and sneezing, I won’t attempt too much talking so I’ll be replaying popular interviews from past shows.

In the first hour I’ll replay an interview I recorded with architecture guru Davina Jackson in February 2008 when we talked about her Ph D thesis on Sydney architect Douglas Snelling.

In the second hour I’ll replay an interview I recorded with art historian Lou Klepac in January this year about his wonderful book on Russell Drysdale.

To console myself for our aborted trip to UK and US I have indulged in some retail therapy, which for me means new CDs and I’m looking forward to playing them tomorrow.

As always, I’m looking forward to your company.
