ARTS WEDNESDAY 9 FEBRUARY 2011

At 9:45 am Jonathan James will present Now Showing for the last time. Like other presenters before him, he is making a wonderful new career move and this is what we will discuss on air. We have all thoroughly enjoyed his non-conformist reviews of so much of Sydney’s cultural life and he will be missed!

At 10:10 am Ed Lippmann makes a very welcome return for a new series of Sydney By Design, with an interesting theme planned for the series, but I’ll let him introduce it.

My special guest at 10:30 is Lynette Sheldon, an expat Australian actor who now teaches acting from her studio in New York. Fortunately, she also teaches here in Sydney and is currently in town for her acting course at St Columba Uniting Church in Woollahra.

Because Lynette and her studio are in New York,  I will be playing music about or set in that wonderful city.
