Brazilian Love Affair – Live at 505 1st Birthday!
We are in top-gear, speeding towards our Live@505 First Birthday bash: Brazilian Love Affair! A celebration of the diverse and wonderful world of Brazilian music. Last week we walked you through a quick history of Brazilian music and now we’re going to introduce you to some of the wonderful acts playing on the night.
Anna Salleh is a Sydney based singer and guitarist with a brilliant and unique sound. Her sultry style will captivate you with a variety of ballads in the smoky Brazilian style.
The Chillean-born Fabian Hevia has performed and recorded with many of Australia’s finest musicians. Performing all over the world, his drumming and composing skills are not to be missed.
A Brazilian groove-master on percussion Sandro Bueno is a seasoned star performer who has played both solo and in groove band Gang of Brothers. His legendary flair is not to be missed!
And that’s just a small taste of what we’ll be serving up! Many of your Eastside favourites will be there as well including Bob Bertles, Susan Gai Dowling, Lloyd Swanton, Matt McMahon, Helen Fenton, Hamish Stuart, Matt McMahon and Virginia Lowe!
Keep checking in for more information and don’t forget to save the date for what is sure to be a brilliant, not-to-be-missed night.
