Come Together – and enjoy the good things

Here at Eastside Radio we’ve always been aware of the way great music works best with great food and wine.

Our amazingly wide-ranging selection of programs doesn’t only focus on the many styles of jazz and other specialist music that we know you love. There are also times that are just right to tune in to hear all kinds of lifestyle conversations. Chief among these is Natascha Moy’s Food in Focus show, every Saturday afternoon at 4pm. Natascha loves to talk to the people who really care about food: the chefs, growers, the providores, and the many experts with a passion for all kinds of special tastes. She brings them into the studio to share an abundance of chat, opinions, inside stories, hints and revelations, not to mention their wonderful produce.

We’ve also got some great Eastside partners among these artisan producers. JoJo’s winemakers, for example. If you sign up as a supporter this week, you go into the draw to win a case of JoJo’s fabulous Jetty label wine. You get extra chances if you choose to become a Gold or Business supporter.

Business supporters also go into the draw for a gift from that sublime purveyor of treats, and local institution, Sweet Art. Their cakes are famous, and just walking by their Paddington store can brighten your day.

Supporters who call at the right time might also be lucky enough to pick up vouchers for delicious items from some of our other local foodie artists, like Bondi’s organic and free range Sam the Butcher, or the long-time provider of all the best brews in this house, the Coffee Roaster.
