‘We used to talk about love’, Summer Scribbles, Hot tips for Love Bytes – it’s a sexy night out at the Art Gallery of NSW, on this eve of Valentine’s Day.  Join them for pop-up serenades, anti-love songs in the Artbar, an artist talk with Tim Silver, and a special performance by Katie Noonan.

And Artbar is still celebrating Summer in Soho with champagne and oysters for the final weeks of Francis Bacon: five decades.  To celebrate this there are two-for-one tickets for entry into the exhibition – available from 5pm only at the Gallery’s ticketing desk.

Bondi Open Air Cinema

 Meet a farmer

It’s not farmer wants a wife, instead its the chance to meet some farmers, with over 40 years exeprience, as part of the Summer Garden Program with the Sydney City Farm. You can ask them questions about improving your own produce, starting a vegie patch, insider tricks/tips, or what it’s like being a farmer these days.

Paddington Pub Fest

It’s not about the drinking- its about the get-together.  The organisers from 12 different pubs in Paddington wanted to bring the get together back to the village.  This festival will run over three days and encourages people to come to Paddington and soak up the atmosphere and entertainment. This is the first year of an annual festival celebrating Paddington as a place for gathering. Life Drawing

For 10 years, the Arthouse Hotel on Pitt Street has held Life Drawing session for keen artists and novices alike to practise or develop their skills.  Its an open-invitation and an easy-going atmosphere, for anyone who wants to spend their evening drawing.  They have male and female life models with different shapes and angles to try and recreate on the page.

Singing makes you feel good!!!!
