A 2021 Night Out in Paddington
Don’t miss out on an evening of fashion, food and festivities on Thursday 25 March from 4.00–8.00pm.
Woollahra Municipal Council, City Of Sydney and the Paddington Business Partnership are proud to be partnering for a special evening in Paddington.
A 2021 NIGHT OUT will be an activation of Paddington’s footpaths, shops restaurants and pubs, bringing the suburb to life for an evening of fashion, food and festivities.
This event aims to encourage locals and visitors to cruise the streets of Paddington and enjoy special offerings and discounts on shopping, food and entertainment courtesy of local businesses. Bring your friends and enjoy a great night visiting local cafes, stores and pubs as we celebrate Paddington in style with one night only entertainment and promotions.
We’ve divided all participating venues into four main shopping zones to help you keep track of all the incredible offers - Oxford St, The Intersection, Fiveways & William St. See below for the full list of participating businesses and special promotions available on the night.

Where: Oxford Street, running from Darlinghurst to Paddington, is a great place to start. Discover local labels, stylish boutiques, handmade wares, custom furnishings, exquisite jewellery and unique spots to drink and dine.

Octonauts at SEA LIFE Sydney
Ahoy, mateys! The Octonauts are landing in SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium this March for a FREE live show, exclusive to SEA LIFE Sydney, as well as an action-packed aquarium adventure.
Join Captain Barnacles and his friend in the aquarium café for a live show of ‘Captain Barnacles and the Octopod Rescue’. Live shows will run every Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 10 am and 12 pm. Limited capacity available so be quick to book.
Once you and the family have enjoyed the live show, head on into the aquarium and help the Octonauts on their latest mission.
Captain Barnacles has gone missing after heading out on a solo mission to check on the local coral. Oh no! The rest of the Octonauts are worried about where he’s got to and need YOU to step in as Captain For A Day. Lead the Octonauts on a mission around the aquarium, completing activities and task to help save Captain Barnacles.

Ever Sun by Rochelle Haley
Ever Sun is a suspended installation on Wilmot Street. Visit at different times of day to see the full effect!
Opening the public space to a play of light that changes constantly, Ever Sun responds to the mood of the weather and the natural environment throughout the day.
The artwork is an uplifting sense of colour, light, passage, and hope for the city.
The work was exhibited at Carriageworks in October 2020, originally commissioned by Performance Spaces for Liveworks festival as 3 veils of coloured beads. 2 more veils have been created to suspend above Wilmot Street.
Ever Sun reflects the arches from the surrounding architecture in the city and other points sightlines of the street.
When: Every day, all day until Sunday 11 July
Where: On the George Street end of Wilmot Street.
This is part of the City of Sydney's temporary laneway art program.
