The Arctic Adventures

Freezing Cold, In the Hot Summer.

These School Holiday's come have some fun and action at the Maritime Museum.

Take a magical journey through a frozen wilderness, surrounded by the land of polar bears, huskies and most importantly narwhals this summer at the Maritime Museum.

Get involved in this family exhibition immersing yourself in an icy wonderland with an eye-popping 3D documentary 'Wonders of the Arctic'.

Icy cool creative activities and live theater performances, is just the icing on the cake.

This amazing family day out is;

Every day, from 9:30am to 5pm.

Starting 14th December 2017 to Tuesday 1st May 2018.

Except Christmas Day.

Christmas in Surry Hills

The community of Surry Hills is excited to hear that The City of Sydney are producing a special one-day Christmas event that will support local retailers during this very festive season.

Sydney's most renowned artist's Jeff McCann has taken on the design lead for the event and is creating a range of articulate works, ranging from wrapping paper to wreaths and enormous Christmas Trees.

Bring the kids down for a free photo with Santa, as well as an amazing face painting session with a Jeff McCann's distinctive style.

These School Holiday's are jam-packed with action for adults and kids.

Something Else is Alive Exhibition: This exhibition unleashes a secret city of animals.

Weekdays, 10am to 7pm.
Weekends, 11am to 4pm.

From Thursday 17th August 2017 to Thursday 22nd February 2018.

Except public holidays.

Ride a bike at Sydney Park: Sydney Park is home to one of Australia's most exciting kids' bike tracks. Riders learning to obey the road rules and open their mind to the outside world of riding. These tracks offer twists, turns and challenges for many riders.

Sydney Cycleways also offer 'free balance bike clinics' in order to help kids get up and riding on two wheels.

Monday to Saturday.

Check out some of Sydney's best playgrounds: Ranging from the giant slide at Wulaba Park, to the accessible spinner in Pirrama Park and not to mention the flying fox at Victoria Park.

Sydney is open to sooo much fun in all of our free and local exciting parks. We are surrounded with fun play equipment for children for all ages.

AFTRS Film & TV School Holiday Courses: Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS) have launched early holidays courses for people of all ages.

AFTRS's courses taught by industry experts is the best way to learn new skills, have fun and make new friends!

Courses are always very popular, don't miss out.
