Luminous in the Darling Quarter combines brilliant multi-media displays with the already vibrant landscape of Sydney’s newest and most dynamic community precinct. This month-long program injects the area with an electric energy, inviting participants to interract with the displays via the consoles provided or their smart-phones. Take a seat at one of the many restaurants nearby or snuggle up on a park bench and enjoy a multi-faceted sensory delight.

The Einstein Lecture
If your tastes are a bit more grounded in the realms of science, the seventh annual Australian Institute of Physics/Powerhouse Museum demonstration lecture focuses on the current output and continuing relevance of Einstein’s original work. Presenter Dr Michael J Biercuk is an experimental physicist and outlines the exotic theory of quantum physics we use to describe our world. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
