Cycle-o-Rama 2014

Sydney is fast becoming a city of bike riders, and to celebrate all things bicycle, Protohub will be hosting it’s second annual Cycle-O-Rama in Darlinghurst.

Starting on October 10th, the event will celebrate all things creative and stylish relating to bicycles and cycling. The event will bring together both cyclists and artists to show off their creative bicycle designs and riding talents from all over Sydney.

Cycle-O-Rama will kick off on October 10th with a launch party at Protohub that will feature bicycles, bike art, live music, drinks and more! From the launch party comes a week of markets, day rides, swap meets, workshops and talks, films and a bike exhibition to showcase come of the best bike artists Australia has to offer.

Each day will feature an Art Exhibition to showcase vintage to modern classic bicycles, paintings, drawings, historic photos and reportage on all things bicycle. The exhibition will be open 10am-6pm from the 11th to the 19th of October. 

For all you riders who want to get to know Sydney a bit better, a Day Ride will be held from 10am on the 12th that will take riders all around town, sampling the best bike shops and bike friendly cafes in the south and east of Sydney.

To end a spectacular week of bike appreciation, Cycle-O-Rama will hold a Social Wind Down and Swap Meet on the 19th where bike enthusiasts can enjoy a dedicated bike swap with food, drinks and music.
