Did you know that Eugene ‘Hideaway’ Bridges opened for B.B. King in Sydney last year?

This means you must definitely tune in for Eugene’s live performance today right here on Eastside Radio 89.7FM!

Having been a guest of this country several times before Eugene ‘Hideaway’ Bridges is welcomed back this station to promote his upcoming show at The Basement in Sydney.

Famous for his superb soul and blues vocals, Eugene who calls Texas home was born in the early 1960’s into a musical family. In fact his own Mother is apparently related to the great Tina Turner!

Having already performed on numerous occasions The Byron Bay Blues and Roots festival back in 2009, lovers of soul music here in Australia are already well accustomed to ‘Hideaway’s solid sonic powerhouse
and are bound to enjoy his live performance tomorrow on Eastside Radio.

Hopefully he’ll be performing some Sam Cooke songs apart from providing us with the rare opportunity to get intimate with the American soul superstar.

To find our more tune into Drive on Wednesday 15th of February from around 5pm.
