We’ve completely fallen in love with our new espresso machine here at Eastside Radio. This magnificent piece of equipment was very kindly presented to the station from our newest supporter, The Coffee Roaster.

Ask for Dan, he’s the coffee connoisseur and the man responsible for sourcing the finest Specialty Grade coffee from around the world. All of their coffee is grown high in the mountains in various countries between the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer.

An exhaustive grading process is then applied to all coffee beans that they roast. They must meet stringent size, density, colour consistency and taste criteria before being accepted. The beans are also kept green and roasted to order.

It’s no wonder that their process allows them to make big statements like “Satisfaction is Guaranteed.” Given Sydney’s obsession with coffee that is bold and one that we here at Eastside can happily confirm.
