After the roaring success of The Sheik’s ‘Valentines Special’ Eclectique of last year,  (“Two couples have gone on to marry, which is nice”) there was a real temptation to back it up this year and give the listeners the arrow in the buttocks again. But alas, The Sheik is a purist, and Valentines Day wasn’t til the following day “And the Telegraph didn’t bring out the ‘Book Of Love’ til then too, so I wasn’t able to read out the pick of the love letters”. He’s more Cupid than Stupid.
