Forever French: giveaways for the Sydney Film Festival

Maiwenn - Cannes 2011

Maiwenn - Cannes 2011

Starting on Wednesday 6 June, the Sydney Film Festival will screen several French productions. And good news: the Forever French team has a few double passes to give away for them.

Let’s start with “Polisse”, a critically acclaimed movie directed by French actor-director Maïwenn, about the every day life of a Child Protection Brigade, starring Karin Viard, Marina Fois et Joey Starr. Maïwenn’s third movie won the Jury Prize at Cannes 2011. We have one double pass to give away for this one.

Part of the official selection, Alain Gomis, a French and Senegalese director, will be here to present “Today”, a movie about the last day of a man’s life. “Today” has no australian distributor so far so winning the double pass we have to offer you might be a unique opportunity to see this film.

So if you’re an Eastside FM subscriber, listen to Forever French from 8 pm on Wednesday 30 May and get a chance to win one double pass for Polisse and one double pass for Today.
