Global Rhythms cancelled… but After Party still on!
We’re very upset to announce that because of the weather Global Rhythms 2011 has been cancelled.
Its miserable outside! … Robertson Park has been washed out, there are puddles, mud and its windy.
Our apologies to everyone who was looking forward to a brilliant day out but Mother Nature has other ideas and decided that today was not a good day for all of Sydney to get outdoors and enjoy some beautiful world music.
Thank you to all our artists, sponsors, and
volunteers who have been amazing in the preparation. We hope to present an even bigger festival to the community next year!
The good news is… that we’ll still be heading out tonight to
The Rose Bay Hotel for the Festival After Party
Featuring The Strides and DJ Mista Savona from 7pm.
So come along and be sure to say hi. We’ll be the ones looking a little wet!
